Clinic Hours

Ballinger Clinic offers easy access to care. We have advance appointments for your periodic health maintenance and follow-up of known problems, as well as daily openings to accommodate same day needs. We provide full day standard hours Monday through Friday, and offer extended hours on Wednesday evening and through the weekend for those that need it:

Regular Hours (full service)
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Extended Hours (urgent care)
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Making an Appointment

Our receptionist will ask for the name of your provider and the time most convenient for you. You will also be asked to specify the purpose of your visit so that we can allocate the proper amount of time for your consultation.

if you are a new patient, please notify us of any recent hospital or other physician visits so that we can request the appropriate records. Also, new patients will need to complete several intake forms in ink prior to your first visit. You can access these documents from our forms page.
